How it Works
Once your network starts to grow, you’ll start to see increasing demand for support. Eventually, you might need to bring people to help you manage those support tickets.
The problem with WordPress multi-site is that, in order to give access to the Network Admin to a user, you MUST make that user a super admin, and by its very nature, a super admin can do ANYTHING inside your WordPress install.
This add-on allows you to create a new type of WordPress user called Support Agent, and gives you total control over what permissions that user has.
